Speech Therapy programs and consultations are tailored to meet the individual needs of children and their families.

I am a Speech Pathologist with almost 20 years experience of working in the areas of Early Childhood Intervention and Community Health as well as in Special School settings.

I established NW Speech in 2014, with the aim of providing high quality speech pathology intervention and support for children and their caregivers.   I am passionate about working with young children and their families to overcome challenges around early communication, behaviour, and eating/drinking skills.

I have developed a particular interest in the area of fussy eating and mealtime challenges and have helped many children to become more competent eaters through my work supporting families directly as well as by supporting other clinicians.  I am a Co-Founder of Learn to Eat. Love to Eat which aims to "Improve the life outcomes for children through happier mealtimes" by providing mealtime education and resources to parents and caregivers and the professionals who support them.

Since having children myself and navigating the journey of parenthood, I understand how overwhelming it can be, especially when you have a problem and are looking for help.  I make it an absolute priority to listen to parents and find out exactly what the issues are. I then work with them to establish clear goals and plan how these goals will be achieved.

Each of my programs is individually tailored to meet the needs of clients and their families.

Whether your concerns are about eating or early communication, and whether you’re after reliable information or hands-on help, I am here to support you in helping your child reach their potential.

My qualifications
I obtained a Bachelor of Speech Pathology from La Trobe University in 2004, and am a Certified Practicing Member of Speech Pathology Australia. I obtained a Diploma of Management in 2013.
